1. Reservations and Payments:
   • Guest information: Valid photo ID required for check-in for all guests above 18 years of age.

   • Booking confirmation: Online or phone bookings must be confirmed with a deposit. Full payment must be made before arrival or upon check-in, depending on the policy.
